Pro Athletes on Twitter

 In Uncategorized

For better or worse, social media is a HUGE part of today’s society. Forget about the pros or cons of twitter or facebook, B4B is intending to use all social media to the fullest. Frequent relevant and entertaining updates will allow our followers to gain access to B4B that they wouldn’t have otherwise. We’re very excited for that. You should be too!

It’s no different for professional athletes. Many athletes take advantage of twitter to reach a wide audience and allow a view into their everyday lives. Some of them are clever and witty. Some of them have way too much down time between games and during the offseason. All of them do provide insight into their lives that fans were unable to see before social media.

Here’s a list of a few major leaguers and other baseball figures who are definitely worth following. I found a great website that has a list of all professional athletes and their twitter accounts.  The numbers next to their names are how many followers they have.
