Wifflin’ it up with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area

Check where some of the youth involved with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Bay Area got to play. Wow. If this isn’t a kid’s dream, tell me what is.

Provided with a fantastic field just across McCovey Cove and AT&T Park, we were set up with a prominent location in downtown San Francisco. Biking for Baseball hosted wiffle ball games on consecutive nights for local matches. We couldn’t quite field a whole team so the Littles got to run through the order multiple times in one inning. TJ ended up with 15 RBI’s on Thursday!

Our stars of the two days were Keyantea, Stephen and TJ. Even in the rain of Wednesday night, it was tough to get them off the field!

Thank you to CBS San Francisco for coming out to the field on Wednesday night. Braving the rain and cold to help Biking for Baseball and Big Brothers and Big Sisters spread their collective message on the importance of youth mentoring was an All-Star move.
